Terms and Conditions

Deposit Invoice and Payment A deposit of 50% of the fee is required at the time of booking. A deposit invoice will be emailed shortly after we receive the contract back from you. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. In the case of events less than one month from the date of booking, 100% is required to be paid. Balance Invoice and Payment Approximately 4 weeks before the event, a balance invoice will be sent to you for the remaining 50% balance of the fee, to be paid within 7 days. Cancellations Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the event is to take place will require full payment of 100% of the performance fee within 7 days of cancellation. If a cancellation is made and payment has not been received within 7 days, the client will be sent a request for immediate payment via email, and if payment is not made within 3 working days of the request being sent, late payment fees and penalties will apply.
