Terms and Conditions

All materials needed for any services rendered are provided by XicaBar, LLC including ice, soft drinks, water, and glassware (if applicable) with the exception of alcohol. Tip jars are not mandatory and are at the discretion of the host(s), event planner and/or venue. Any time exceeding the initial agreement may be subject to a $90 per hour fee for every hour thereafter. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure the date, cover material costs and any cancellations.
