? Graceful Weddings will serve are the main coordinator to all parties involved on event date.
Develop Event Timeline:
? Graceful Weddings will consult with client to design a timeline to ensure a flawless and seamless event
? Graceful Weddings will complete all transportation organization for wedding party, family, and guests
? Graceful Weddings will share detailed event timeline with all key vendors
Final Site Visit:
? Graceful Weddings will attend the final walk through at venue with caterer and floral/décor company to complete all floor plans and organization
? Graceful Weddings will help complete any venue related questions and concerns
Final vendor confirmation:
? Graceful Weddings will contact all vendors to confirm contracted services, date of event, timing, location
? Share final timeline, vendor list and floor plans to all vendors
Attend Rehearsal of Ceremony:
? Partner with o?ciant to rehearse ceremony
? Organize and line up wedding party; ensure all wedding party members are comfortable with ceremony
Ceremony & Reception Management:
? Graceful Weddings will aid in ceremony; ensure all ceremony items are set up, cue musicians, line-up/organize wedding party
? Manage set up of reception to ensure tables/chairs/linens are all set correctly based on approved floor plan
? Greet/Assist vendors; answer any questions during setup
? Serve as main contact for all vendor communication during event
? Set up all personal items: Guest book, gift card box, place cards, party favors, menu cards, toast flutes
? Greet guests; direct them to gift table, restrooms, place card table,
? Full reception timeline management, organize and help introductions, toasts, dances, cake cutting]
? Ensure all gifts, cards, personal items are handed to a designated friends/family member at the end of the night or brought to the wedding suite
Bridal Kit:
? Access to emergency wedding kit on wedding day (day of necessities including sewing kit, stain remover, hairspray, bobby pins, safety pins, static
guard)
Graceful Weddings Coordinator:
? Experienced event coordinator will be onsite to help oversee setup and work with lead planner to ensure a smooth event

Terms & Conditions – Graceful Weddings & Events
This is an agreement between NAME (“Client”) and Graceful Weddings & Events for services relating to the planning and production of Client’s event on June 17th. 2023
Services
1. The services shall be described in the proposal
2. Additional services:
a. Graceful Weddings & Events shall perform added services (included but not limited to) meetings not contemplated in the proposal, added projects, services beyond those definated in proposal at the request of the Client at GWE's sole discretion. Graceful Weddings shall perform the added services at the rate of $100 per hour spent performing the added services. Client and Graceful Weddings may agree to increase the added fees for any added services depending on scale of task.
Fees
1) The Fee for outlined services is $
2) The Fee shall be due as indicated on the Financial Information page of this agreement.
a) A deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Fee is required to be due to Graceful Weddings & Events
within five (5) business days of the date of this Agreement to secure the Services. This is non-refundable
b) A second installment payment of $ shall be due no later than sixty (60) days of the originally contracted event date. This is non-refundable
c) The final payment of $ shall be due no later than thirty (30) days of the new contracted event date. This is non-refundable.
d) Forms of payment: Payments may be sent by:
i) Zelle/QuickPay to Tracik13@Gmail.com
ii) Credit Card – 4.7% processing fee applies
iii) ACH payment via digital link - no fee applies
? Client waives any claims under the Fair Credit Billing Act and indemnifies and holds Graceful Weddings & Events harmless with respect thereto.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be sent to Graceful Weddings & Events in writing. An email, but not text message, shall su?ce as writing. If Client cancels the event for any reason:
? The deposit paid to Graceful Weddings & Events is non-
? Any added payments already made to Graceful Weddings & Events are non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed.
? If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the original event date, then no additional payment is required. However, if Additional Services were performed, Client is responsible for the payment of these additional services.
? If this Agreement is executed within thirty (30) days prior to the actual event date, Client shall manage the remaining Fees due less $1,000
? If this Agreement is executed within thirty (30) days of the Event Date, Fees are 100% non-refundable.

FORCE MAJEURE
No Party shall be liable for damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, act of God (such as hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding, or fire), Government restriction (wars, terrorist acts, pandemics, epidemics or insurrection), and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of either Party). Should Client’s event be postponed, delayed, or rescheduled because of a force majeure event, Graceful Weddings will use all reasonable e?orts to collaborate with Client to produce the Event at a later date. Should Client choose to cancel the event, Client shall remain responsible for the Fee(s) as set forth on the Financials schedule here and shall not be entitled to any refunds of payments already made to Graceful Weddings & Events. Client expressly waives all claims Client may have due to Force Majeure, Impossibility, Impracticality and/or Frustration of Purpose and shall indemnify and hold Graceful Weddings & Events harmless Theron.
Event Vendors
Graceful Weddings & Events is in no way an agent of any vendor (all hired third-party companies taking part in the event). Client waives any claim Client may have against Graceful Weddings & Events for all actions and/or inactions of third-party vendors and Client index
