Terms and Conditions

All rental items must be treated with care. No decor is to be added onto the walls without our approval. All rented items must be in the same condition when picked up as they were when delivered to the site. Cancellations by the customer are non-refundable. If Grey Petals LLC cancels due to weather or an emergency, a full refund will be issued to the customer. Grey Petals LLC is not responsible for injuries caused by rental items. Customer assumes all liability for rentals during the event. Rented items must not be moved, altered, or misused in any way. Any damages caused by the customer or their guests to the rented items will be subject to additional charges. Grey Petals LLC is not responsible for any damages to the venue caused by the rental items or their use. Flower walls are not permitted in uncovered outdoor areas. The customer is responsible for providing adequate weather protection (e.g., tents, coverings). Grey Petals LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe for the rental items. Refunds will not be issued in such cases where adequate protection is not provided by the customer.
