About Nanaimo Golf Club
We are at capacity for 2023 Weddings! We will begin booking 2024 wedding dates no sooner than spring of 2023 when our Club Calendar has been set for the following year. Our Catering & Wedding Packages will be updated at that time as well.
Our Clubhouse is the perfect setting for wedding receptions, birthday and anniversary parties, celebrations of life, holiday parties, business meetings, community-group luncheons and so much more.
The A.V. Macan Ballroom is ideal for receptions, conventions, banquets and parties for groups of up to 200 people. It has an adjoining outdoor patio with barbecue facilities. For smaller get-togethers, our Departure Bay Lounge upstairs is available, with an adjoining outdoor patio. This lounge has an area that can be blocked-off for small groups.
We offer a wide selection of menus, from elegant plated service to sumptuous buffets and even casual barbecues on the patio. Whichever one you choose, the fabulous views come free of charge!
