Wedding only services at Monteleone Meadows include the following:
• The Wedding Ceremony at Gazebo or other locations on site
• All set up of guest seating including gift and guest book tables
• Flower arrangements or decorations at Gazebo or aisle way are to be completed by florist or others; this is not included in the price.
• Use of Venue for a total of 3 hours ONLY. This includes use of Bridal Suite for One Hour prior to ceremony; Two hours for Ceremony, Photos and socializing at Gazebo area only.
PLEASE NOTE: The reception room is not available to use for Ceremony Only Package.
The following is included in the fee of $1,800.00. This price does not include sales tax of 8.00% based on final invoice.
• Use of the Gazebo for Ceremony from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM ONLY (All guests must depart by 1:00 PM)
• Bridal Room use One hour prior to ceremony ONLY
• The Wedding Ceremony in the Gazebo including the Minister if needed
• Includes all set up of guests chairs, sign in table and gift table and clean up
• Ice Water and Lemonade is set out near the Gazebo for guests
• You may supply Champagne or Sparkling Cider for your guests to toast following wedding and plastic toasting cups.
• Our service include supplying you with our vendor list
• The use of the venue for your wedding rehearsal with our staff to assist the Wedding Party with the rehearsal details.

Monteleone Meadows requires a $900.00 Non-Refundable Deposit, to hold and book your Wedding Ceremony date. It will be credited towards your Final Payment Due TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your wedding ceremony with final guest count also due.

We charge $ 25.00 per adult. Students from School $15.00 each
Children ages 4-10 $15.00 each
School Banquets at Monteleone Meadows include the following:
• 4-hour rental of the facility
• your choice of house linens
• full serving staff including the set up and clean up of venue
• use of our in-house standard wrought iron centerpieces. (We do not allow open flame candles only battery operated LED Candles. Battery operated candles NOT included)
• Upgraded or special order linens, overlays are available at an extra cost.
• The dinner is served with Plastic Plates and Plastic Silverware. (China flatware is available at an extra cost of $2.00 per person)
Beverage bar with Lemonade, Ice Tea, Iced Water and Hot Coffee
You can choose from “Italian” or “Mexican” style buffet

This price does not include CA sales tax of 8.00% and a 10% Service Charge based on final costs. An advanced non-refundable payment of $500.00 is required to reserve the facility and will be credited toward the total cost of your event. Final guest count and payment must be made in full by cash, by certified check, by credit card, 14 days prior to the event.
Formal Banquets at Monteleone Meadows include the following:
Our banquet Facility is available for Birthdays, Business Luncheons and Dinners; Retirement Parties, Political Fundraiser and Company Parties
The price is $60.00 per adult person and $30.00 per children (4-10 years) with a 100 Adult Person minimum required on weekends, Friday Saturday and Sunday. Event held Monday through Thursday 50 adult guest minimum. The venue rental time is for 5 hours and all events must conclude at 10:00 PM.
