The total rate for renting the space is $1500, excluding catering which may be selected through one of our two exclusive caterers - our on-site restaurant Costa, or Inlet Affairs Banquet and Catering located a mile north of our property. The venue includes our 1600 square ft. outdoor Courtyard and 850 square ft. adjoining indoor Clubroom. Both areas combined can hold a maximum of 75 people with heavy hors d'oeuvres, or 50 people for seated dinners. A catering menu for Inlet Affairs is included below. Our on-site restaurant prefers to arrange custom catering based on your unique needs. For inquiries for their catering, you may speak with Harold Howell, Manager of Costa at *NOT DISPLAYED* .
The meeting room may also be rented on a case by case basis for small meetings of up to 20 people at a significantly smaller daily rate, depending on need for sleeping rooms in conjunction with the room rental.
Prices also do not include day-of event insurance, which may be obtained for a fee of around or less than $100 through sites such as but not limited to EventHelper.com

While we do cater to events, serving our guests remains a top priority, Both the courtyard and meeting room are available based on our occupancy level and may not be available during blackout dates or holidays as these areas are also available to our guests. Because we have 34 rooms and our availability is often limited, we do not offer room blocks. We do however offer seasonal specials that you may recommend to your guests. For corporate events and business functions during the middle of the week, we have an option to guarantee rooms via contract.
