Cancellation policy: If event is cancelled at least 2 months ahead of event, a full refund will be issued. If event is cancelled less than 2 months ahead of the event, 1/2 what has been paid will be refunded. A different refund policy applies for holiday weekends.

Cancellation policy: If event is cancelled at least 6 months ahead of event, a full refund less $15 will be issued. If event is cancelled at least 3 months but less than 6 months ahead of the event, all but 25% paid will be refunded. Between 2 & 3 months, all but 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.
