About Wagon Wheel at WagonMaster Ranch

The ranch is situated on 56 acres just west of Murphy, NC, gateway to the Smoky Mountains. Our heated/cooled Country décor Wagon Wheel has a rustic elegance with a pondside arbor venue as well as lodging. Do the catering yourself in our full kitchen or we help coordinate caterers and other vendors. Wedding Packages for elopement budgets or up to 100 guests. Specials for off-days and discounts to active military or 1st responders. At WagonMaster Ranch we have unique amenities like: *Wagon for the bride or bridal party *Reception in our 2,000 sq. ft. facility *Inside wedding corner for bad weather backup or for the wedding cake. *Private "get ready" dressing areas. *Outside alcohol permitted with conditions. Use of champagne fountain. *Onsite lodging and on nearby Lake Apalachia. *Use of our outside & inside décor (burlap aisle runner, burlap table runners, center pieces, etc) Use of blue tooth sound system, microphones, & karaeoke machine. The Wagon Wheel Event Center is where everyone feels at home.

Wonderful wedding venue - An Eventective User

This made a beautiful wedding venue for my mom and dad to renew their vows and having a wedding of their dreams that they never got to have 30 years ago. It’s so pretty on the inside you don’t have to do any decorating because it’s beautiful just the way it is! The lady that owns it is the sweetest person ever we would definitely use them again!

We absolutely love Wagon master ranch ! The venue ,the atmosphere, and the owners and friends ! The cabins are as charming as they can be . The venue was absolutely breath taking the day of our wedding . This venue was a dream come true the first time we seen it . It was everything we wanted and more

The venue was gorgeous . We had a small wedding . Venue was very charming and exceeded our expectations! We had an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Everything was just so beautiful and the venue coordinator was even more amazing . Everyone at the venue was such a help on our big day !

My daughter used the Wagon Master for her wedding. due to rain it was a last-minute arrangement. It was absolutely perfect had I known it was going to be so good it would have been our original plan.
