We have something for everyone from small weddings, baby shower, special celebrations to overnight summer vacations. You may rent the entire 12,000 sq ft space. Basement level is 3000sqft, and has everything you need for a spectacular event! Large full kitchen with an enormous island. Dining Room and Entertainment Area make conversations a blast. There’s a pool table and ping pong for best entertainment options. Bedroom with two queen beds and sitting allows this space to have everything you need for even an overnight stay. There’s a large en-suite bath with garden tub and stand up shower. For even more fun, we have a media room for movies! The living room with tv is exceptional for a hangout spot. French doors lead out to patio, pool and hot tub.

This elegant home resides on over 120' of water frontage included in almost an acre of land; and with your very own boat slip!! You'll enjoy beautiful sunsets and awesome views. It's a great space for an intimate event to include small weddings, meetings, baby showers, and /or vacation retreats for any size family. The mansion has 4 levels and is equipped with 7 bedrooms to include 14 beds and sleeps 20 people. There are many areas in the home to steal away whether cuddling in one of the many living spaces, propping for photography or setup of an event.
