Farmhouse 1905 is new rustic wedding venue situated just 20 minutes from Waco, TX. Ideal for those who love the outdoors, our venue features expansive open fields, picturesque views of the lake and sunset. You can choose to extend your celebration into a wedding weekend with on-site lodging from Friday to Sunday, or opt for a one-day wedding event. We’re open for weddings from March to May and September to November. KEY POINTS GETTING READY The entire FARMHOUSE is available for you and your family to prepare for the wedding. LODGING If you opt for a wedding weekend celebration, you and your family and friends (up to 14 guests) will stay in the FARMHOUSE from Friday at 12 PM to Sunday at 12 PM. For a one-day wedding package, you will get ready for the wedding in the FARMHOUSE and have the option to stay there for the night after the wedding. The FARMHOUSE features 5 bedrooms, 9 beds, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two living rooms. CEREMONY Choose any location on the ranch for your ceremony. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held inside the BARN. WHITE WAREHOUSE-STYLE BARN Accommodates up to 150 guests and includes a mix of round and rectangular tables, chairs, and ivory linens. The barn has an attached kitchen and newly built restrooms. OUTDOOR COCKTAIL AREA Located adjacent to the BARN with a backdrop of the old white shed and expansive sunset views. PHOTO LOCATIONS Here you will have numerous beautiful backdrops for your photos. Capture classic elegance with our old-style architecture of farmhouse, wooden staircase, and vintage furniture. For a more rustic touch, explore outdoor settings featuring black farm fences and a historic white shed. LOCATION Our ranch is a 20-minute drive from Waco, TX, 90 minutes from Austin and Dallas, and a 3-hour drive from Houston.
