Change and Cancellation Policy Reservation Changes: Any changes to your reservation, including but not limited to the date, time, or number of guests, must be made at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes are subject to availability. Payment Terms: 100% of the total event cost is required on the day of the event. A valid credit card must be provided to secure your reservation. This card will be charged if payment is not received on the event day. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the event will result in a 50% charge of the estimated cost of the private room and menu. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Same-day cancellations are considered a No-Show. Special Circumstances: In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, emergencies), please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. No-Show Policy: If the reservation is not honored and no prior cancellation is made, 70% of the total event cost will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
