Bouncy Castle Safety Overview
These safety instructions are designed to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all participants. Please read and follow these instructions carefully. By using our bouncy castle, you agree to abide by these safety guidelines.
Adult Attendant and Supervision:
An adult attendant must be present at the entrance of the bouncy castle at all times during the rental period.
The attendant's role is to control user behaviour, ensure compliance with safety rules, and promptly address any concerns or issues.
Any individual not complying with the attendant's instructions should be immediately removed from the bouncy castle.
Under no circumstances should the bouncy castle be left unattended.
Prohibited Activities:
Flips, somersaults, or any acrobatic manoeuvres are strictly prohibited to avoid neck, back, and other injuries.
Slide sitting is the only permitted method of sliding down. Sliding headfirst is strictly prohibited.
Any form of horseplay, contact, or rough behaviour is strictly prohibited.
Participant Preparation:
All participants should remove any sharp objects, metal items (including eyeglasses and watches), and any other objects that may pose a hazard to themselves or others.
Shoes, food, drinks, and chewing gum are not allowed on or near the inflatable.
Animals are strictly prohibited from entering the bouncy castle area.
Age, Size, and Grouping:
Participants should be of similar age, size, and stature for safe and enjoyable bouncing.
Younger children should not be allowed to bounce with older children to prevent accidents.
The bouncy castle is intended for use by children only. Adults are not allowed inside the bouncy castle.
Entry and Exit:
Participants should enter the bouncy castle slowly and in an orderly manner.
Exiting the bouncy castle should be done in a seated position, and climbing or hanging onto the walls is strictly prohibited.
Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Regularly inspect the tie-downs, ground anchors, and other securing mechanisms to ensure they are securely in place.
If the bouncy castle is used indoors, periodically check if the unit has shifted its position.
In the event of deflation or any issues with the bouncy castle, participants should remain calm and immediately exit through the designated exit. The following steps should be taken:
Check if the electrical cord has become unplugged and re-plug it if necessary.
Re-tie the bouncy castle if it becomes untied from the blower.
Straighten out any kinks in the blower tube.
If a circuit breaker has tripped, evaluate the situation and reconnect if necessary.
Renter's Responsibilities:
The renter is responsible for the safety of all individuals using the bouncy castle and must supervise its use at all times.
The renter assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the bouncy castle and agrees to cover the cost of repairs. In case of irreparable damage, the renter will be responsible for paying the full price of the bouncy castle and any additional fees.
The persons contracting our services acknowledge that they have evaluated the installation location and consider it safe for the bouncy castle setup.
Payment Overview
To complete the reservation and secure the booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required, which must be paid within [specified timeframe] from the date of booking confirmation. The remaining balance of the total price must be paid prior to the start of the rental period. Please note that the 30% deposit excludes the price of the delivery. The cost of delivery can be paid separately and in different ways, as specified by Fiesta Plus Plus. It is important to note that the 30% deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of continuous rain throughout the entire day of the reservation. In such circumstances, a refund of the deposit may be made, subject to the determination of continuous rain at the discretion of Fiesta Plus Plus, based on weather reports and forecasts.
