Terms and Conditions

All deposits must be in the form of cash, certified check or money order and shall be made payable to and mailed to Wendell Perkins at the above address . For this contract to be valid and enforceable, all deposits must be paid in full within ten (10) days of the date of this contract. No playing date will be held for an Employer unless and until the deposit is paid in full. If deposit or scheduled payments are not paid in full at the times scheduled, 3rd Generation Band, or the above artist has the exclusive right to cancel this agreement. Artist shall have the sole and exclusive control of, including but not limited to, the live performance, all video or audio production, and presentation of the engagement. Artist shall have the right to change any of the performing personnel at any time before or during the engagement. In the event of any force of nature or intervening acts of God, sickness, strikes, labor difficulties, or any other acts out of their control, Artist is hereby relieved of the obligations of this agreement. No performance of Artist shall be recorded, reproduced, transmitted, or exploited by any medium in existence or hereinafter created in any manner without express written consent of the Artist. If engagement is to be held outdoors, the band stage MUST BE COVERED, and the Artist shall have the final decision after consulting with Employer on whether to move the engagement indoors in case of drizzle, rain, snow, or other unsuitable weather conditions. However, once Artist has set up for performance, Artist shall not be required to move performance indoors or to another location.
