Terms and Conditions

Security: All events require security from USA Police (USAPD) (251.460.6312) which must be scheduled and paid for by facility renter directly with/to USAPD. Events are required to have a minimum of one police officer for a non-alcoholic event, and a minimum of two police officers for an event where alcohol will be sold or distributed. The charge per event officer will be $35 per hour. Deposit and Payment: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Cleaning fee and on-site staff host included in rental fee.
