For a wedding/larger private event, the rate is $2,000, this includes all upstairs spaces (as our building is also a community center this ensures the event is private and cannot be booked by another group hosting an event) for 8 hours. It includes an alcohol permit, all equipment (including tables, chairs, projector, screen, PA & mic) and a walk through of the space with staff prior to the event.
Terms and Conditions
We rent the space and equipment but do not provide any staff. All set up and clean up must be done by the renting party. A cleaning checklist and supplies are provided.
The upstairs rooms (the Dance Room and the Stage Room, as well as the outdoor space, the Side Yard) are available to rent by the hour.
The upstairs storage and cleaning space (with a sink and cleaning supplies) is available for use when you rent the space, as well as our tables and chairs, and our projector and screen upon request. Set up and clean up time needs to be included in your reservation request as well. Equipment included with a rental: tables (rounds and rectangles available), chairs, and upon request a projector and screen. The space is available during the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. as we are in a residential neighborhood we enforce quiet hours after 10.
