Terms and Conditions

VENUE RULES: Access: Access to the venue may begin at 8:00am on the day of you event, your private access, not including the driving range and bunker, can begin as early as 10:00 am and must conclude no later than 11:00 pm. Site Fee pricing is for 5 catering hours. If you think you may need more time let us know and we can modify our price quote accordingly. Important to note: Exclusive access concludes at the end of your allotted catering hours. To maximize time on-site we suggest a 5:30 pm ceremony or event start time. Because of the rural neighborhood, you are required to reduce volume at 10pm. The venue maintains rights to all onsite furnishings and décor regardless of booking status. The property, furnishings, and décor may change, be eliminated, or searched without prior notification to the event host. Indoor capacity of the venue is 150 people maximum. If your guest count is over 150, we suggest securing a tent for your event. If the event host chooses not to rent a tent and inclement weather occurs the host agrees to reduce the onsite guest count to 150 maximum. The driving range and bunker will be cleared of Ranch Club members no less than 2 hours before the scheduled event start OR wedding ceremony. The Ranch Club is a private club. Golf privileges are limited to members unless Ranch Club golf pros approve access. This includes the upper driving range and putting green. Damages: Children age 14 and under must be supervised by an adult and kept off the driving range and putting green. You are responsible for the behavior of (and damage from) your guests. If guests cause damage to the venue, grounds, personal vehicles of staff, or onsite amenities we reserve the right to invoice you for the reasonable cost required to pay for or fix such damage. Confetti and fake flowers petals are strictly prohibited both inside the Barn and anywhere on the property. Payments: Payments can be made towards the final balance at any time by contacting The Ranch Clubs Administration Manager. Payment schedule consists of submitting your deposit within seven (7) days of receiving your contract. Event payment is due in full ten (10) days before your event date along with a signed Banquet Event Order. We will invoice you after the event for additional or unpaid charges, due within 7 days of invoice. Invoices not paid, or responded to, within 7 days of receipt will be charged to the card on file without notice. A 4% processing fee will be added to the final charge. The compliance deposit will be returned only after all final payments have been received. The client and other authorized person(s) agree to pay the Ranch Club for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. Food Services: Catering is provided by our in-house catering team. Cakes, desserts, and in-suite items from outside vendors are welcome. Late night snacks and food trucks are allowed with prior approval. Hosted food and beverage items carry an additional 20% service charge. This charge is non-negotiable. Health Department rules provide that no food or beverages may be taken off-site or “to-go.” Alcohol Services: Alcohol not provided by the venue is strictly prohibited by law. This includes the parking lot and both on-site suites. If alcohol is found in the possession of the Event Host a $500 fine will be issued without notice. CANCELLATION: In the unlikely instance that you have to cancel your event and we are able to rebook the date you will be refunded all deposits minus a $500 administration fee. If we are unable to rebook your date all deposits on file will be forfeited. Cancellation within ninety (90) days of your event date will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit (including the $500 compliance deposit).
