We love working with people who have taken the initiative to plan their own events. We know it is not an easy task. What we can offer is management on the day of your event to execute the hard work you have put into planning the day. We are dedicated to help make your event come to life.
Here is a sample of our $1500 package and some of the things that we can include:
Complimentary phone consultation prior to hiring.
Two meetings either in-person or virtual.
The first meeting is a timeline meeting where you talk through all of the logistics of your event.
The second meeting is the final walk-through where we meet at the event venue to discuss final decisions for the set-up of the room.
Unlimited email support.
Vendor recommendations as needed.
Confirming with your vendors before the event.
Sending out a final timeline to the vendors before the event.
Up to 10 hours of coverage on the day of your event.
