Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our exceptional event space, the perfect venue for your next gathering! With a minimum booking requirement of 5 hours, you'll have ample time to host a successful event. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request all guests to clean up after themselves and bring extra garbage bags for any waste disposal needs. Please note that an event license is mandatory for booking, which can be conveniently obtained from Event Pal Insurance at #18002658098.
For easy access to our space, drop by anytime between Monday and Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm, and we'll gladly provide you with a fob for entry. Remember to return the fob after your event, as failing to do so may result in a $50 fee.
To secure your booking, we require a $500 + HST deposit, which will be fully refunded as long as the space is left in the same condition as initially provided. As part of our venue policy, we kindly ask guests to refrain from alcohol consumption, playing loud music, or bringing children under 10 to the event.
