NOTE:
The Venue reserves the right to substitute at its discretion an alternate function room(s) within the Venue for any function room(s) named on the event agenda.
All balance should be fully paid and cleared 1 week before the event or otherwise approved by the General Manager
All functions will end no later than specified within this contract, and the premises will be vacated by the Customer immediately thereafter. The Customer agrees an additional fee of $600.00 per hour for any overtime charges incurred. Morning Events -After 3:00 pm, an additional charge will apply $600.00 per half hour. Evening Events - After 2:00 am, an additional charge will apply $600.00 per hour.
Once the final floor plan is signed off by the Customer and the Venue (approximately 2 weeks prior to function date), any further changes thereafter may be accommodated and subject to additional charges.
In the event that confetti, rice or other materials are thrown, a cleanup fee of $500.00 shall be charged to the Customer, unless specified, agreed to and signed off by the General Manager.

The Venue reserves the right to exclude or reject any or all objectionable persons from the premises or the function, and the Customer undertakes to conduct the function so as not to disturb other functions and/or hotel guests carried simultaneously.
The Customer agrees to reimburse Oasis Convention Centre for any damages to any property or equipment caused by the Customer or any person attending the function.
The Customer or their guests attending the event, will not be allowed to drink in the parking lot or on any other areas on the property not permitted under the Liquor license.
CREDIT
PrePayment: Prepayment is due at least 72 hours prior to the event date by certified cheque or cash. Any unpaid balance will bear interest of 9% per month from the due date. Payment by Credit Card is permitted on deposits only; up to a maximum of $1,000.00. Full payment on Credit Card is subject to a 3.5% service charge.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE REVENUE MINIMUM
Based on the approximate number of guests set forth, a minimum of [Food.Sub] in food and beverage revenue from Group-sponsored functions at the Venue is required in connection with your function. This minimum does not include room service, restaurant and bar usage not sponsored as part of your function, service charges, taxes, labor charges, audio visual, parking or any other miscellaneous charges incurred. Should your final attendance drop below the approximate number of guests outlined in this contract, we will be happy to advise you on additional alternatives in food and beverage which will satisfy the minimum revenue figures for your function. In the event the actual number of guests for meals and services exceeds the guaranteed number of guests served food and beverage as indicated by the client, an additional invoice will be prepared, and balance owing will be due 48 hours thereafter.
The number of catered food and beverage functions and the attendance figures for such functions has been taken into consideration in establishing and providing you competitive room rates for your guests. Therefore, in the event the minimum set forth above is not reached, you shall pay the Venue the difference between the amount actually spent and the minimum set forth above, the parties agreeing that such amount is a reasonable estimate of the losses the Venue shall sustain as a result. This amount shall be added to and payable as a part of your Master Account or, in the event of a cancellation, due and payable at the time of cancellation.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
In arranging for private functions, the attendance must be specified at least 2 weeks prior to the function. This
