Chef Victoria brings with her years of experience having completed her formal Culinary Arts Studies at The International Culinary School at Art Institutes and working for seven years as the Chef of her own Catering Company. She’s chosen to follow her love of the classic cuisines of both the French and Italian Culinary arts, but then has taken them in a subtle direction in their adaptation by melding the flavors and spirit of traditional Middle Eastern process and family style methods. ? Her true desire was to get back to this style of preparation and make it available by bringing it direct to families all through Orange County and more specifically the Greater Mission Viejo & Laguna Niguel areas by now focusing her services as a personal chef. This concept while not new will bring a different passion to home served meals and special occasions when a personal chef provides a more intimate and personal touch to a great prepared meal. Chef Victoria still maintains her catering effort and has expanded it to meet the needs of parties of any size. ? She also brings a blend of sauces and marinades that bring additional life to time honored dishes. She utilizes only the freshest ingredients and maintains a strong working relationship with her vendors to insure you get the best, most nutritious meals available.
