Policies for Use of The Luxe at Harmon by BBE To ensure the protection of furnishings, cleanliness, and safety for all guests, we ask that you observe the following policies: General Building Guidelines Thermostat – Pre-set thermostat settings cannot be altered. Supplies – Bring your own event supplies and remove them after the event. Food and Beverage – Do not leave food or beverages unattended or on surfaces. Children – Adult supervision is required for all children. Marketing/Advertising – Use your own contact details for promotions. Event Clean-Up – Remove all items brought in for the event. Dispose of waste in designated bins (blue for recycling, charcoal for trash). No Toxic Materials – Toxic paints or chemicals are not allowed. No Open Flames or Heaters – Open flames and personal heaters are prohibited. Decor Restrictions – Follow decoration guidelines outlined below. Maintenance and Cleanup Guidelines Return the space to its original state; No Glitter – Glitter is not allowed. No confetti allowed - a $250 cleaning feel will be automatically applied if discovered. Surfaces – Wipe down all surfaces used during the event. Rental Equipment – Remove all equipment after the event. Surface Cleaning – Wipe down all surfaces used during the event. Bathroom Check – Check bathrooms after the event for any valuables. Sinks – Clean and rinse sinks if used for food or beverages. Conduct Comply with all city, state, and federal laws. No Drugs/Smoking – Drug use, including THC, and smoking are prohibited. Violations incur a $500 fine. Alcohol – Alcohol may be served but not sold; food must accompany alcohol service. No Loitering – Congregating outside the venue is not permitted. Respectful Behavior – Disparaging remarks or violence will result in expulsion. Consideration – Disorderly conduct may result in termination of the event. Security Do not leave valuables unattended. Do not leave exterior doors propped open. Decorations Do not use nails, tacks, or tape on painted surfaces. Secure decorations to furniture only temporarily. Remove all decorations after the event. Hold Harmless Agreement By renting The Luxe at Harmon, the organizing party assumes responsibility for any injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event. The Luxe at Harmon and its affiliates are released from liability.

Beautiful, bright, loft-style event space and co-working space, located in the heart of the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, downtown most popular and vibrant area. Within just a few block of Target Field and steps from some of downtown's best restaurants and bars, like Bar La Grassa, Red Rabbit, Freehouse and more! Enjoy this flexible space for anything you can think of, photoshoots, team meetings, board meetings, birthday party, small weddings and rehearsal dinners, to cocktail events or company holiday parties. Plan your classes, workshops or just get together for your favorite sporting event! **A $100 cleaning fee will be added to all bookings **Any broken items will be charged to your booking.
