Services Our Team: We provide 1-5 experienced videographers/photographers dedicated to capturing high-quality content. Additional services such as creative direction can be integrated before your scheduled shoot. Edits Additional Revisions: Beyond your selected package, additional edits are available at a rate of $100 per revision. Bookings and Policies Confirmation: All bookings are final once confirmed. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may consider rescheduling or refunding at our discretion. Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule your shoot, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to our availability on the requested date. Deposits are transferable to the rescheduled date if notified within the specified time frame. Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the shoot may incur an additional fee of $200. Tardiness Policy: If the CLIENT is more than 15 minutes late, a tardiness fee of $50 will be added to the remaining balance. Travel Fees Travel Charges: For locations more than one hour and thirty minutes from Milwaukee, WI, a travel fee of $50 per hour will be applied, with an additional $50 per hour thereafter. Payments Deposit: Upon booking, a retainer amounting to half of the total cost secures your reservation, with the remaining balance due at the start of the shoot. Completion Schedule Editing Timeline: Editing will begin after the shoot within our agreed-upon timeline. Your package includes one complimentary revision; additional revisions will incur extra charges. Reservation and Model Release Reservation: A retainer paid at booking secures your chosen date and time exclusively for your shoot and is non-refundable. Model Release: By booking with LSKOVAR, you grant us permission to utilize and publish resulting videos for editorial, trade, advertising, and promotional purposes. Professional Conduct Behavior Expectations: We expect all participants to maintain professional conduct during the shoot. Inappropriate behavior may result in verbal warnings or, in severe cases, termination of the shoot without a refund.
