If I could give 10 Stars I would, without hesitation. Our daughter married a Navy man, so we only had about 4 months to plan. Allan Fischer and his staff were so kind and respectful to every single guest and always on hand for anything that was needed. From the time we walked into the Hilton Double Tree, the staff was the best. We had a budget and Allan Fischer ensured we had all the wonderful things available and met our every need. From the time we decided to have the wedding there to the end of the actual wedding day, we were treated with the utmost respect. We held the ceremony and the reception at the Double Tree, when the Wedding Ceremony was over, the staff went to clear that area and set it up as the dance, bar and gathering space while our guests located there tables in the main room, it went so quickly no one even noticed it happening. The staff was amazingly professional and accommodating to the Bride, Groom, and all of the guests whenever anything was asked of them. The dinner, which was a buffet style, was so awesome, everyone is still raving about it. They allowed us to come in early and set up some personal decorations, the staff was on hand and really took care to ensure we had what we needed. The wedding and reception was perfect, so if you want someone who will look out for you and will not have any "Hidden costs" or pop up with something that you had no idea about then Allan and the staff at the Double Tree is where you need to go. Oh and the warm cookies......really to die for.. The entire experience was awesome; we are completely satisfied and amazed with what a wonderful time that everyone had and the professionalism of the staff. So nice...Thank you
Recently I was assigned the task of planning the end of the year hockey party for the local college. This party was going to have a guest list of around 250 people that would be including a dinner, award ceremony, followed by a party through the night. I was very new at planning such a large event and sought out the event services of Doubletree Hotel in Milwaukee, WI. I initially called the hotel to see what type of services they provided and if they could handle such a large crowd. I was immediately transferred to the event coordinator of the hotel who answered my initial questions with ease. I then set up a time to come meet her in person and explore the ballroom, where the event would be held. She then sat down with me and went over all of the details in full of the event. This included food, drink, and overall party decor. She was extremely helpful in working within my budget to provide the most fun and lively party that the college could afford. On the night of the party, their staff was extremely friendly and was at our service the entire night. The food was prepared on time and was delicious. Also, the decorations of the event and the overall vibe they created for the party was magnificent. There wasn't one single problem that occurred throughout the entire party, and they helped create a perfect party. I would highly recommend Doubletree Hotel in Milwaukee as a perfect place to host a party.
