Thank you for considering Milton Banquet & Conference Centre as a possible venue for your conference. We know organizing any event for a larger group can be time consuming and may require additional services, we are here to help and want nothing more than for you not to have to worry about a thing. As you may know, our venue is located on thirty-six acres of picturesque grounds perfect for outdoor activities and taking fantastic pictures. We have four unique banquet rooms which can accommodate anywhere from 60 - 500 guests, ample free parking and 3 nearby hotels. We also have a variety of all-inclusive packages for corporate events, social functions and weddings to fit your needs and budget.
As per your inquiry, we offer 4 different sized banquet rooms, in a two-level building. The upper level we have the Heritage room (1200 sq ft – 106 capacity) Milton room (2000 sq ft- 140 capacity) Grand Ballroom (3600 sq ft – 310 capacities plus 95 per mezzanine for a total of 500) with a mezzanine (4200 sq ft) and on the lower level we have the Courtyard room (2700 sq ft – 300 capacity). We are a full-service food & beverage facility.
Also, if hosting on multiple dates consecutively, you will receive 25% off the consecutive dates ie, day 2, 3, 4 etc. If hosting in multiple rooms, you will receive 10% off the extra rooms rental rates.

We recommend making an appointment by email or by phone at *NOT DISPLAYED* . Our business hours are Tuesday-Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm, Monday & Friday 10:00am-4:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 1:00pm, however if you prefer to come in after hours, let us know and we will arrange to meet with you.
