Terms and Conditions

This contract will only be a final agreement between the client and A&R Studios Production upon successful transmission of Deposits. This will guarantee the Videographer’s & crew member’s availability. And further confirms the event as official. (DVD’s delivered approximately 8-10 weeks after event or earlier) A&R Studios Production Wedding Packages include the following as per selected packages above: Multiple Camera Ceremony Professional Editing and DVD Authoring Multiple Camera Reception 1 set of (3) Edited Master DVDs with Custom Chapter Points and Case Contract camera time begins one hour prior to the scheduled starting time of your ceremony and is based on continuous hours not to exceed as per package time in hours. Additional camera hours are available @ $80.00 per hour. Payment shall be made as follows: A nonrefundable deposit of 40% of the total amount due is required upon signing and returning this contract. Payment may be made in cash. Checks payable to 1888806 Ontario Inc. 40 % balance due must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to wedding or event. The remainder balance of 20 % must be paid upon receiving of final product. A&R Studio’s production exercises the utmost care with respect to the video services and products offered. Any liability of A&R Studio’s production is limited to monies paid. Raw video footage is retained by A&R Studio’s production for no longer than two (2) months following the event date. A&R Studio’s production reserves the right to use the original tape, excerpts and/or reproductions for display or promotional purposes. Raw footage is the exclusive property of A&R Studios Production and is only available to the client upon written request and conditions. Should the event be postponed or cancelled, the initial deposits paid are not refundable. Other discretion are up to the Management of A&R Studios Production No DVD or videotape, either in progress or completed may be removed from the studio.
