The banquet room offers 1,700 sq ft of versatile space that can be optimized for meetings, seminars, trainings, workshops as well as holiday parties, birthday parties, celebrations, rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours.

We have rectangle tables or large rounds. Catering options are available. No outside food or beverage allowed.

Terms and Conditions
A minimum of $300 in food and beverage must be spent at your function. This guaranteed amount does not include room rental, meeting space rental, service charges, tax and labor charges, audio-visual, or any other miscellaneous charges incurred. Should the actual food & beverage total fall below the guaranteed amount, Group is required to pay the remainder as room rental. Group is required to pay Hotel any amounts exceeding the guaranteed amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All Cancellations, or requests to reschedule dates and/or times, must be submitted in written form. Cancellation of the event in its entirety is subject to deadlines set at time of contract.
FINAL GUARANTEE FOR YOUR EVENT
A guarantee number of attendees are required before 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), three working days prior to the function. The number provided at this time will be considered your final guarantee and cannot be reduced during the time period of three working days prior to your event. It will also be the number that will be charged, unless the actual attendance is higher. If the Hotel does not receive a guarantee number three working days prior to the function, the original number of guests stated on your Banquet Event Order will be used as your guarantee.
The Hotel will provide seating for and be prepared to serve 3% over the guarantee number of catered meals. The set number is not to exceed 10% over the guarantee. The Hotel will guarantee all food and beverage prices 90 days prior to your event.
Should your count increase after the 72-hour due date, a $4.00 per person surcharge will be applied to your current contracted per person price.
TAXES/SERVICES CHARGES
It is agreed that any and all applicable taxes and 18% service charge and 9.00% sales tax will be paid, in addition to the charges (including room rental) listed in this menu and all written agreements.
HOTEL POLICIES
All food and beverage items shall be obtained from the Hotel, unless otherwise approved by the Hotel. Foods prepared by the hotel to be utilized for events are not allowed to leave the premises. The Hotel provides all beverages; thus no beverages may be brought in by the client or by an outside vendor. The Hotel reserves the right to terminate any and all alcoholic beverage service at its discretion. The Hotel must approve all outside vendors.
The Hotel does not permit anything being adhered to the meeting room walls, including the use of tape or tacks.
Logo: Group shall not use the name, trademark or logo or any other proprietary designation of the Hotel in any advertising or promotional material without the prior written permission of the Hotel. Group shall comply with the terms and conditions required by the Hotel for such use.
Utilities: All electrical services and utilities, including phone and riggings, must be contracted through the Hotel.
Signage: Signs and banners are not allowed in the Hotel’s public areas. In regard to the Group’s function space, all signs must be professionally printed and their placement and posting be pre-approved by an authorized Hotel representative. Nothing shall be posted, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. Distribution of gummed stickers or labels is strictly prohibited.
Food: All beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) served in public meeting and banquet rooms must be supplied and prepared by the Hotel.
Quiet Hour: Quiet hour is 10:00 PM and all amplified music or other forms of entertainment must be confined to the room in which your function is being held; sound levels will be controlled at the discretion of Hotel Management.
Shipping & Receiving: Due to limitations in secured storage space, the hotel will only accept packages as follows: Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to Group arrival and must be marked with the following:
