C2H requires a deposit before every event 20-10 days prior .A contract will be submitted to both parties .Full event details will be discussed as well as a back up plan for the day of the event should any emergency arise .Additions to the contract may be made and submitted no later than 5 days before the event .

We are not liable for any changes made to the head count on the day of the event .Food can be packed and left behind if it is payed in full and started on the contract the day of the event .No exceptions will be made by any staff member only by the owner or Manager .
