With 18 active sports teams, Millersville University's campus features exceptional athletic facilities. Through a collaboration with the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Campus Recreation, the Office of Conference Services works with each department on scheduling and availability around the many competitions, events, practices, and sessions while working with the outside organization's needs.

Bolger Conference Center in Gordinier Hall is connected to our dining facilities. This facility offers both small and large meeting rooms able to be configured into a variety of layouts to meet your needs. Rates only reflect room rental. Additional service charges for catering, technical services, equipment rental, etc. may apply.

Gifted with a beautiful open green space campus, there are many outdoor recreational facilities, trails, and activities to either rent for your conference or event as well as maximize campus while visiting as a guest.
ROPES COURSE. In addition, our popular Ropes Course offers high and low elements great for team building and leadership exercises.
SCENIC TRAILS. As a guest for an event or conference, we offer several scenic walking/jogging trails you are able to take advantage of during a break while attending your conference or event.
SMC RECREATION CENTER. Guests attending events or conferences on campus are able to purchase a day pass or short-term membership pass to our campus Recreation & Fitness Center directly at the front desk of the center. The facility gives you access to cardio & strength equipment along with indoor open recreational facilities for great fitness and wellness practices while a guest on our campus. Student Memorial Center is adjacent to both housing and dining facilities. This facility offers both small and large meeting rooms able to be configured into a variety of layouts to meet your needs. Rates only reflect room rental. Additional service charges for catering, technical services, equipment rental, etc. may apply.

- Multiple informal meeting and conversational spaces throughout the facility.
- Campus Recreation Center also located under the same roof.
- Elevator access to Ground, First, and Second floors of the facility.
- Guest drop off location available.
- Parking available in various lots surrounding the building.

Rentals of the Ware Center (Lancaster) or the Winter Visual & Performing Arts Center (Millersville) are handled by the Office of Visual & Performing Arts (OVPA). Click here to learn more about these facilities and to complete a rental request form.
If your event, camp, or conference requires housing and dining accommodations, the Office of Conference Services will liaise to support the event alongside OVPA facilities needs surrounding your rental of either the Ware or Winter Centers.
