Norman Bird Sanctuary is situated on 300+ acres of open space nature preserve, including 7 miles of hiking trails with diverse habitats of grassland, forest, ponds, and sandy beach. Positioned along the Atlantic Ocean with breathtaking views, the historic farm property offers multiple sites for rent for your special event.
Rental options include the beautifully renovated 18th century Paradise Farmhouse, which sleeps 16 and is fronted by an broad lawn bordered by historic stone walls. Adjacent to that is Mabel's Studio, perfect for meetings, retreats or intimate gatherings of up to 40 people, with use of the lawn for outdoor events. Both lawns have views of fields and ocean beyond and are ideal for outdoor parties, weddings and corporate events of up to 125 people. Mabel's Garden is a formal garden setting for small receptions or photo shoots. Rustic and charming, the historic Barn site includes a 2nd story loft space and can host events for up to 90 people.
