The downstairs features a waterfront room that serves as the gathering place for the groom and groomsmen to get ready for the big day, which includes tables, games, a large screen HDTV and a stately bathroom. The Cider Barn also has a luxurious upstairs wedding suite which includes one overnight accommodation for the wedding couple. Guests will love the waterfront location and sweeping scenery of the thousand acre marsh from the gorgeous cobblestone patio that encompasses the barn. Our barn is Amish built, using original turn of the century post and beam heavy timber construction methods. The barn is constructed using mortise and tenon joinery and pine hardwood floors throughout. Every window features beautiful water views and high, arching ceilings. Our new, quaint Cider Barn consists of two unique levels: The downstairs waterfront Groom Room and the upstairs Sunset Suite. The Groom Room is the perfect space for the groom and groomsmen to prepare and celebrate before the festivities begin. The upstairs Sunset Suite offers couples a luxurious rustic retreat to add onto their wedding package or to stay anytime! The Groom Room amenities include: The ultimate rustic bar with mini fridge, bathroom, large HDTV, WIFI, 2 reclining leather sofas, dartboard and Foosball. The Sunset Suite amenities include a sumptuous full-sized bed, table and chairs, sitting area, desk, a large screen HDTV, WIFI, microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, luxurious full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower.

The 8,000 square ft. barn was built by an Amish company located in Lancaster, PA. The barn seats up to 180 people inside and unlimited seating outside with a tent rental. In addition, the barn features custom doors and hardwood floors throughout the entire barn. Every window features water views and the high, arching ceilings evoke an open feel for both small and large parties. Enjoy cocktail hour under the lights of our covered patio with a cozy fireplace and sweeping waterfront views. The downstairs Lodge has rustic high-top tables, pool table, 4 HDTV’s and amazing views of the water and sunsets. The main dining and dancing floor provides the ultimate rustic glam location for your wedding or event with a dramatic fireplace. The third floor loft offers an amazing vantage point overlooking the dance floor along with a luxurious bridal suite, salon and lounge area. The barn also consists of three impressive custom bathrooms, and an expansive deck overlooking the private waterfront.
