Terms and Conditions

1. **No Smoking** - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the gallery and within 10 feet of entrances. 2. **Alcohol Policy** - Alcohol may only be served and sold if a special permit is obtained; must be served by licensed vendors. 3. Noise Restrictions - Live music or amplified sound must not exceed a specified decibel level and cannot continue past 1AM. 4. Capacity Limit - Maximum occupancy is set at [150]; exceeding this limit is not permitted. 5. **Artwork Protection**- No touching or moving of artwork without permission from the gallery staff. 6. Decorations - Only approved decorative elements may be used; NO tape, nails, or adhesives on walls or surfaces. 7. Catering Requirements- Catering must be pre-approved otherwise no outside food is allowed. 8. Clean-Up - The space must be returned to its original state; all trash must be removed and surfaces cleaned. 9. Parking Regulations- Guests must park in designated areas only; no parking in loading zones or reserved spots. 10. Insurance Requirement- Renters must provide proof of liability insurance for events. 11. No Pets - Animals are not allowed on the premises, except for registered service animals. 12. Access Hours - Setup and breakdown must occur within designated time frames; late fees will be applied for extended use. 13. Fire Safety - Must adhere to all fire safety regulations, including maintaining clear access to fire exits and extinguishers. 14. Use of Equipment - Use of gallery equipment (projectors, sound systems) requires prior approval and may incur additional fees. 15. Event Type Restrictions - Certain events (e.g., raves) may be prohibited; inquire for approval on event types. 16. Industrial Space Considerations- Guests must be cautious around industrial equipment and areas marked as restricted.
