All dates requested are secured with a $2500 deposit, which will go toward your balance. This deposit is considered non-refundable with restrictions to elements of natural causes. Waivers must be signed by the client/planner and proper liability insurance must be presented.

We accept all forms of payment for rental. Once your contract has been signed, we do allow changes to date outside of 120 days, anything within 120 days will result in a change fee. Final payments to be made 15 days prior to event date. Any cancelations of the event made 30 days after submitting initial deposit, will result in forfeiture of such deposit. Cancelations made within specific days leading to your event will result in a percentage of total amount paid. The percentage is dictated by the number of days prior to the schedule event date.
SPRING PROMOTION:
Now through October 31, 2024, we have a promotional discount toward all Full-Day Rentals only. (Discount does not include tax & fees) Book now and received an “ALL IN” rental for $8000. This rental includes all cleaning, staffing & services fee along with both cocktail & serving tables with linen. Total saving of $1800.
STANDARD RENTAL
Our Standard Rental allows access to shoot at one (1) 10-foot backdrop of choice. This selection also comes with one (1) 24” diameter adjustable table.
Note: **Additional furniture, lighting equipment, clothing racks, and props available upon request, in advance, at a one time rental fee during your reservation.
PREMIUM RENTAL
Our Premium Rental provides access to shoot anywhere within the entire space which includes exterior views, columns and lounge furniture in place. This selection is an “add-on” to the standard rental rate. This add-on includes access to two (2) 10-foot colored backdrop sets, and two (2) adjustable 24” diameter table.

PRIVATE RENTAL
Our Private Rental allows access to shoot within the entire space for up to twenty (20) persons (including photographer & crew), access to two (2) 10-foot colored backdrop sets, (2) six foot tables w/cloth, and (4) adjustable 24” diameter tables.

Terms and Conditions
• Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. This includes set-up and clean-up time, please keep in mind when booking.
• Your rental is based hourly. To avoid any overage, you must be packed up and off the property at the scheduled time to avoid being billed extra time. All extra time will be billed at an hourly rate.
• Absolutely no use of fire, fog machines, no smoking, weapons, glitter or confetti allowed.
• We are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged equipment during your booking.
• All private rentals allow the use of the full space and consumption of food/beverages. If food/beverages are consumed while occupying the space, there will be an a cleaning fee of $100 charged to the account.
• We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes footage inside our space, for promotional purposes only.
