- An initial deposit of 25%, based on your established minimum food and beverage expenditure, is required with the signed contract
- Menus are subject to 25% service charge and 9% tax. Prices are current and subject to change. A $250 event setup fee (tables, dance floor, staging, etc) will apply for events unless otherwise noted.
- Pullman Miami does not permit any food or beverage to be brought to the hotel, exceptions done on a case by case basis. All bars require a bartender - $125 fee, per bartender. (Hotel staffs 1 bartender for every 75 guests)
- Your inspired event consultant can provide suggestions and recommendations to further assist you. All vendors must provide a copy of their liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000.
- A personalized tasting can be scheduled 120 to 90 days prior to the event on the grand tasting dates provided by the hotel. Tastings are hosted by your inspired event consultant for honored guest plus 3 guests. A maximum of 3 entrees selection may be tasted, hors d'oeuvres are not provided at the tasting.
Our Sunday Bridal Shower Package requires a minimum of 50 guests and includes a three course plated lunch (event based on four hours).
