Terms and Conditions

A signed Facility Rental Permit, signed Rules and Regulations, and a Rental Deposit (equal to 50% of the base rental fee, 50% of the staffing fee and the applicable Sales Tax) are required for reservations. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Full payment required if the event is 45 days away or less. Miami EcoAdventures provides only the venue*. The Minimony Ceremony base rental is for a 1.5 hour. Ceremony wedding rentals are available most weekdays and on select weekends. The A.D. Barnes Nature Center is a public park from sunrise to sunset. The A.D. Barnes Nature Center is an environmental preserve and ask all wedding host, all wedding guests to respect the natural areas and buildings by adhering to the Facility Rental Rules and Regulations.
