The Art Space is a flexible, multi-use 1,219-square-foot space with a capacity for approximately 80 people and an open feel accentuated by its wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Set as a black box, the Art Space can be arranged to accommodate various kinds of events effectively. It has been used to great success for art exhibits, lectures, meetings, dance and music performances thanks to its sprung floor.

There are four classrooms — two on the first floor, two on the second — of approximately 400 square feet each, all equipped with five mobile mirrors that can be set up by request for presentations or rehearsals. The classrooms have excellent natural light and an open feel with a garden view. They can be used for a broad range of activities, from photography or cooking classes to breakout sessions from a large meeting.

This extraordinary Mediterranean-style mansion was built in 1929 and has since been updated structurally and technologically to accommodate current needs. An open, spacious garden gives the Mansion a luminous, airy feel during the day and an inviting, warm mood at night that takes us back to its romantic origins. Inside, the Mansion has various rooms of different sizes and formats. With an estimated space of about 3,800 square feet, the Mansion is an excellent choice for a great variety of events, from parties and receptions to corporate retreats and fundraisers.

The theater at the Koubek Center offers a welcoming, intimate space with excellent acoustics and a capacity for 195 persons. From proscenium to upstage wall, the stage measures 25 feet, 9 inches in width by 19 feet in depth. It comes equipped with sound and lighting capabilities, a 13.000 lumens projector, and a projection screen. It makes the theater at the Koubek Center perfect for music, dance, and theater performances, showing a film or using it as a setting to shoot videos and live sound recordings. It has been used for events by the BBC, the Madrid and Barcelona Human Rights Film Festivals, and Ife-Ile’s Afro-Cuban Dance Festival, as well as for events hosted by institutions and organizations such as the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Consulate General of France, and the Miami Chapter of the United Nations National Committee for U.N. Women.
