* A $60 one time fee is charged for shipping and handling when it is not a full experience event. That charge is waived for full experience events
* Full experience includes 2 dippings and 4 toppings (YOUR CHOICE)
* 50% deposit upon acceptance of quote. remaining 50% the day of the event
* for events of 150 paletas and up, the hourly fee will go up $50 per hour to incorporate a second employee
* cancelation policy: full refund up to 2 weeks of the event. no refunds after that
* set up to be performed 1 hour or 30 min before event
* electrical outlet NOT required for the full service experience
* self service experience: shipping and handling charge is $60
* handling & care: self service experience will be delivered in proper packaging with dry ice
* We recomend to store in freezer until the time of the event to guarantee the proper texture. do not use regular ice at any point as regular ice will melt the paletas
Our self-service experience (this options does not include any of our employees serving at your event, nor our branded carts, nor dippings or toppings, it only includes your requested amount of paletas at ($5.99 per Pops , minimum 60 total Pops any of our 16 flavors you choose) inside our unbranded coolers with enough dry ice inside each cooler to maintain the paletas frozen for up to 5 hours).
