Welcome to Bartender Miami! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our bartender services, including mobile bartender services, private bartending services, and bartender rental. Acceptance of Terms By hiring Bartender Miami for any event or occasion, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Services Provided Bartender Miami offers a range of services including but not limited to: Bartender Services Mobile Bartender Miami Private Bartending Services Bartender Rental Bar Services for Weddings Payment and Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and services. Full payment is due no later than [Insert Timeframe] before the event. Cancellations must be made [Insert Timeframe] in advance to receive a partial refund. Age Restrictions You must be at least 21 years old to hire Bartender Miami for any event where alcohol will be served. Liability Bartender Miami is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur from the consumption of alcohol at your event. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that guests consume alcohol responsibly. Changes to Terms Bartender Miami reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
