Our grazing tables serve as heavy appetizer or as even as light dining portions and are designed for a 20 person minimum. Pricing is based on Tablescape chosen and the total number of guests at your event. Our grazing stylists arrive on site 1-3 hours prior to your event start time for setup, depending on the size of your gathering. Pricing for all of our Grazing Table Packages is inclusive of food, foliage and setup. We also bring tongs, serving spoons for sauces and dips and spreaders for soft cheeses, however, plates. Napkins are not included. If Flatlay is chosen, your graze is built overtop parchment paper, with all items disposable, making it the perfect option for a quick and easy clean-up post event. If the Layered option is chosen, we build a multilevel tablescape surrounded by fresh foliage, designed with risers, pedestals and boards for added height and dimension. There is a $100-$200 upcharge for Layered, depending on the size of the event. The loan of platters, bowls, non-disposable serving utensils and boards are included, as well as setup, delivery and prop pick-up. Table takedown is the responsibility of the host and all items must be washed and ready for pickup 1-2 days after the event. There is a refundable $150 fee for the loan of serving platters that will be refunded upon pickup post event. Any items returned unwashed, will incur a $20 cleaning fee per item.
