Like our suckling pig roasted the traditional way in a wood-fired oven brought from Spain “Cochinillo a la Leña;” we offer 100% natural certified black Angus beef cooked over a volcanic rock brought to your table, fresh fish brought from the Cantabric (North of Spain), rices and Spanish paellas, and a wide variety of Spanish tapas with Spanish products of utmost quality.
