Our Prop House inventory is photographed and on our website for easy browsing and allows our clients to seamlessly design the spaces with their designer or by themselves. We carry everything from seating, lighting, rugs and rare decor that you can incorporate in your final design. Everything is hand-picked and sourced from around the world guarenteeing our clients access to a one-of-a-kind result that can never be reproduced or be copied. On a functional level we are used to accommodating large photo shoots and film productions with many logistical aspects that needs to be addressed and planned for to make a successful and stress free environment. With this in mind our spaces are built around a practical framework (multiple electric outlets well positioned for ambience lighting , break out rooms , green rooms , BOH , catering areas , 2 entrances to plan around , outdoor "cigar/smoking area, loading ramps, black out curtains, built in-sound system etc) Our team has many years of interior design and production experience to help our clients troubleshoot and plan a memorable event. We have a respected network of Miami local artisans, musicians, set-builders, DJ's, sound and lighting technicians, caterers and all around great vendors that we are happy to recommend when needed.
