I would like to recommend the W South Beach as one of the best locations in South Florida for meetings and conferences. I've used this venue many times for several types of meetings and events and every time my experience is nothing but the best. The hotel is located right in the middle of South Beach giving attendees great access to the area's best restaurants and clubs. This hotel is equipped with great meeting spaces indoors or outdoors. They have a large conference room that can be divided into 3 smaller ones. They also have a great space in the terrace for outdoor events as well as a grassy area ideal for to set up an outdoor tent. They also have a great beach in case you want do to any outdoor events at the beach. There are 2 penthouses that can also be rented where you could have a smaller meeting or gathering event and enjoy the fabulous view. The service provided by the W South Beach hotel is one of the best provided by only 5 start hotels. They definitely work based on their "Whenever, Where ever" mantra. Everyone from the sales office to the servers that assist you during your meeting or conference is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The food at this hotel is superb. They have great options and will also accommodate any request and personalization. The cost of the location is a little on the high, but you will be paying for great service and great location which makes it totally worth it.
