Greetings, Congratulations on your wedding plans! I am available on your wedding date and would love to perform your ceremony for you! Please, let me take a few minutes to introduce myself and explain my process. My name is Marnie Olsen; I am a female non-denominational minister and have been officiating weddings for over 20 years. I have developed a ceremony preparation packet that assists you in developing a ceremony that is uniquely your own. It starts with 10 basic ceremonies for you to model your ceremony from. The packet includes verses, poems, prayers, vows, declarations of intent and cultural traditions to select from to insert into your ceremony. I will meet with you one time before the wedding to plan the ceremony and then we can re-write and modify the ceremony through e-mail until you are satisfied with the results. I run the rehearsal for the wedding, where we go through the entire ceremony to make sure it is exactly what you want. Then the ceremony is final and we are ready to get married, that's the best part! I will provide you with my best services on your wedding day, doing what needs to be done in order to have your wedding go off without a hitch!! Sometimes I’m steaming the bride’s dress, sometimes I’m making boutonnieres that were forgotten by the florist. My philosophy is “whatever it takes” to get your show on the road! I have worked very hard over the years to make the ceremony as stress-free as possible. You will have better things to be worried about; you don't have to worry about the ceremony too! My fees are $300 for a ceremony plus one consultation. Rehearsals are $75. A deposit of $100 is required to hold the date. A travel fee of $50 will apply if outside of a 50 mile radius.
