Contract terms are not to be changed or modified. · Contract becomes valid only when signed by the client and returned with deposit within 14 days from the date that A Night To Remember Entertainment ('The Company") has signed it, at A Night To Remember Entertainment’s (ANTR) option. · Contract is valid rain or shine. If the event is postponed or canceled for any reason by the client, both the initial deposit and second deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of rain or lightning during an outdoor event, compliance will be at the sole discretion of the Company’s contractor · If the cancellation of the event is made less than six (6) months prior to the event, the client will be responsible for paying the remaining balance owed to the Company. All "Extra Entertainment" is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation of "Extra Entertainment," the client will be responsible for the full amount as stipulated on the contract. · Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in the event ANTR Entertainment fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or any act outside and beyond ANTR Entertainment's control, its liability will be limited to a refund of the deposit ANTR Entertainment will have no responsibility for failure to supply any service when prevented from doing so by strike, labor dispute, accident, power failure, illness, or any cause beyond reasonable control or force majored or by orders or regulations of any governmental authority including the right of eminent domain proceedings or failure of equipment, fuel, water, gas or electrical supply, air conditioning equipment or any other facility nor will the same constitute a breach of this agreement. · In the event it becomes necessary for ANTR Entertainment to retain legal counsel in order to collect any monies owed to ANTR Entertainment due to breach of any of these contractual obligations, the client hereby agrees to pay any and all reasonable attorney fees incurred by ANTR Entertainment. · Photographs and videotapes taken by or provided to ANTR Entertainment become the property of ANTR Entertainment and it reserves the right to use the aforementioned media for promotional material and for viewing by prospective clients. · Request for or specifications of any performer of ANTR Entertainment are subject to the availability of that performer on the day of the event ANTR Entertainment cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control. Such specifications shall be a REQUEST only, NOT a guarantee. All possible measures shall be taken to honor such requests. This agreement is specifically NOT conditioned upon compliance with any requests made by client including but not limited to specific performer requests & specific music requests. · All events are subject to a l0% setup and deliver charge if pre-event site inspection, early setup and delivery, or additional delivery personnel are required to setup for the event. · In the event of an afternoon event ending after 6pm or an evening event beginning before 7pm ANTR Entertainment reserves the right to charge an additional 15% of the total package price as stated on the contract. · Any changes to either the time or location as specified on the contract are subject to the discretion of ANTR Entertainment and may lead to additional fees to the client in order for the company to meet the requested changes.
