The Watermark at Shully's is now available for your social or corporate event, and can be booked day or evening, 7 days a week. After six years of hosting events in our Garden Pavilion, this seasonal structure closed in November of 2012. At that time, Shully's broke ground in preparation for a luxurious 6,250 sq.ft. permanent addition - the Watermark. The exterior façade of the Watermark embodies the charm of Thiensville with Victorian influences in the gabled structure, wrought iron fencing, and natural landscaping. The banquet room can accommodate groups of up to 350 seated guests, depending on configuration, and 400-500 guests for stand up events. The Watermark's elegantly appointed interior provides an understated, neutral backdrop for you to create your own custom look with linens, centerpieces and decor. The room features: Five 70" HD monitors ¦ DVD/Blueray player ¦ CD player ¦ Sonos music system ¦ PA system with wireless microphones ¦Laptop with internet, USB flash drives and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and an iPod connection The rental fee also includes Shully's house china, flatware, glassware, 85"x85" white linens, tables, and chairs up to 300 guests to create the perfect occasion. Upgrades are available, floor length linens not included. A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required to secure your date. Custom designed menu plans are developed for each event. Scott Shully and our event planners will work with you in developing a food plan that meets and exceeds your expectations. In addition to the new Watermark banquet room, Shully's East Lawn is a beautiful, natural outdoor space under a canopy of black walnut trees that can be used to extend your event. It is located East of the Watermark and borders the newly landscaped Mill Pond and a first-of-its-kind fish ladder. This location provides a perfect setting for your personal wedding ceremony, outdoor reception, company picnic, or family reunion. Our East Lawn space includes a 2,400 sq ft decorative outdoor terrace which can be tented and heated for ceremonies or cocktail/hors d'oeuvres hours.

Enjoy the same excellent cuisine we've offered over the years through our catering service at our private event facility in Thiensville. Our charming Thien Room is a perfect place for smaller groups of up to 60 guests to enjoy sit-down dinners, buffets and luncheon receptions, or up to 100 guests for cocktail and hors d'oeuvre receptions. Our latest innovation: Guest Participation Dinners, for hands-on entertaining or corporate team building right in the heart of our kitchen. Not to be forgotten, our Chef Table is as delightful as ever - where Chef Scott Shully prepares a multi-course menu paired with wines and serves it to you at our specially reserved table in the kitchen.
