This 30’ x 60’ open-air pavilion features an awning, wooden stage, two concrete silos, and cafe lights. The space includes barrel high-tops, wooden benches, and up to eight wooden picnic tables. From banquets to weddings, networking events, corporate holiday parties, and more, this space is entirely customizable, making it easy for you to dress your event up or down to your desired level of fanciness. Guests are welcome to visit the inside bar in the taproom, giving them access to all 19 of our current drafts, but most hosts opt for a private outdoor bar with up to 8 beer options on draft. For events with the outdoor bar, private bartenders are required. Chautauqua can accommodate a variety of event sizes, from 50 - 200 people, and is available for rent year round with a four hour minimum.

An easy-breezy space with little decorating or preparation necessary. Great for groups of 10 - 40, whether it's a small business meeting, friendly gathering, or birthday celebration. The four tables (roughly 2.5’x5’) can be arranged conference-style down the middle, split up to offer more seated space, or pushed against the walls for a buffet-style food line. The room also features a large barn door which can be pulled closed during your event to allow for privacy. The room is rented by the hour with a two hour minimum.

Our main bar area, ideal for groups ranging from 30 to 300. The Taproom features a private bar, large tables for communal seating, a large barn door that opens to the patio for an indoor-outdoor vibe, and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing guests to check out our full-time, working brewery behind the glass. This space is great for meetings and parties lasting up to 4 hours and includes access to the patio and outdoor games, as well as control of our AV/PA systems (screen and projector, mic and speakers to blast your playlist), and plenty of room for activities. Taproom rentals close the brewery to the public, so the space is yours and yours alone! With 19 beers on tap, including both our year round and seasonal beers, guests can drink the WISEACRE they already know and love as well as try something new and exciting!
