CONTRACT/PAYMENT
- We require a 50% venue deposit and signed contract to confirm your event date and time.
- Your deposit is applied to your venue rental balance.
- Your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your date.
- We accept personal checks, all major credits cards, cash or a certified check for your deposit and remaining balance payments.
- Your contract is binding in regards to the actual event date. Event time/finish can be adjusted up to 30 days prior to the event.
- You can add enhancements to your package at a later time. We need these finalized 30 days prior.
SERVICES
- The Cadre provides a Venue Manager on-site on your event date to make sure everything logistically with the building runs smoothly.
- The Cadre Venue Manager will provide the following: set up and break down of the event floor plan which includes only the items listed above in the package, opening and closing the doors for vendor and client access, bar set up and managing The Cadre bar staff.
- Your Venue Manager strictly works for The Cadre and ensures the services in your contract are provided.
BUILDING ACCESS/ EVENT DURATION
- You have access to the building 5 hours prior to your event start time for yourself and outside vendors to set up.
- We allot 5 hours of event time for your event.
- We contract the building at a rate of $350.00 per hour for any additional time you want.
BAR/ALCOHOL
-The Cadre Building runs all alcohol product and provides your TABC certified bar staff.
