Access to event planning templates 1 - one hour, pre-planning meetings (virtual or in-person) 4 hours of service on the day of the event Additional time over the 4-hour limit will be charged at a rate of $70/hour. Events over 50 guests require an additional coordinator. Mileage will be charged for travel to event venues located more than 25 miles away from headquarters. Service only available at event venues located less than 100 miles away from Memphis, TN

Access to event planning templates 2 - one hour, pre-planning meetings (virtual & in-person) 8 hours of service on the day of the event Each additional hour of work beyond the 8 hours on the day of the event will be charged at the rate of $70/hour. Events over 200 guests require the booking of an additional coordinator for an additional fee. Event venue cannot be located more than 100 miles from Memphis, TN Milage fees apply to venues located more than 25 miles from F&C headquarters.
