Package Includes:
• Ceremony only package available November through April
• Full day rental of property (barn, house, grounds, etc)
• Ceremony to take place in the barn
• Rehearsal onsite with wedding coordinator
• Use of 14 acres of property for before and after ceremony photos
• Full day use of house which allows plenty of space for getting ready
• Day of wedding coordinator - available for questions and consult throughout the entire wedding planning process. Sets up ceremony and all decorations. Ensures execution of and coordinates wedding ceremony.

• Bathrooms in barn are shut down due to winterization of the barn. Bathroom is available in the house if needed.
Wedding Package Includes:
• Our Wedding Season in the Barn runs from May through October.
• Access to the barns and surrounding property from 12pm the day prior to your wedding until 12pm the following day
• Accommodates up to 250 guest
• 14 acres of land for photo opportunities and event space

• Tables made from reclaimed wood on the property and white folding chairs
• Vintage lace linens
• Ceramic dinner plates and silverware
• Compostable bar cups, coffee cups and appetizer plates
• ADA Compliant Restroom facilities in barn
• Six large patio heaters for heating on cooler days
• Day of event coordinator to coordinate with caterer, florist, photographer, etc. during event and make sure things run smoothly throughout the day

• Evening before event for rehearsal and event coordinator onsite to guide you through rehearsal.
