Our wedding pricing includes:
• Our pricing includes your ceremony and reception.
• The pricing includes parking attendants for the parking lot, as needed.
• Brand new outdoor lounge seating area and firepit for 10-15 people.
• One venue manager on-site for the entire event
• Vendors can start arriving at 12pm
• We include 4 hours of time on Friday, for a Saturday event, for you to setup for your event. We set up the tables, chairs, ceremony spaces and you come in and decorate! The setup time is 10-2 on Friday.
• We offer a 6 hour time frame from the time you start your ceremony until the end of your reception with a 30 minute last call for the bar.
• All events must end no later than 11pm and all vendors must be finished and cleaned up by midnight.
• We also allow for one hour of time, finished by noon, on Sunday to come back and collect your decorations, food, and alcohol.
• One-hour rehearsals are available by appointment on Fridays depending on if we have a Friday wedding and weekdays leading up to the event.
• We include our bridal suite for you and your bridesmaids to get ready starting at 10am on the day of your event. Each additional hour earlier will be an additional $100/hour with the earliest being 8am.
• 3 ceremony location options on site with one of the options being an outdoor ceremony.
• We require each couple to have a professional day-of-wedding coordinator. This does not include a family member or a friend.
• Set up of ceremony and reception tables and chairs prior to your arrival.
• 28 Custom-built harvest tables, 4 six foot round banquet tables & 5 five foot round banquet tables
• 450 vintage wooden folding chairs
• Vintage industrial carts and workbenches for cookie table, cards and gift and food service.
• 10 sets of Industrial pub height tables and stools to use for cocktail hour.
• Several vintage & modern upholstered sofas and chairs to choose from.
• We also have a constant revolving stash of antiques, vintage furniture and accessories. All vintage accessories, such as rugs, mirrors, 125 antique brass candlesticks with flameless candles, 150 or so glass cylinder vases, some with candles, architectural items, etc. are included in the rental.
• Pricing does not include applicable taxes.
• Special event insurance is also required. We have a link for you to purchase.
We don’t have any hidden fees! The only other fee is 7% tax

Dinner plates $1.50/plate
$100/hour for use of the bridal suite earlier than 10am with the earliest being 8am.

For winter weddings, we offer Friday/Saturday rentals. We allow for setup on Friday from 10-2, start time of 12pm for vendors to arrive on Saturday, and hold the ceremony/reception on Saturday. We offer 7 hours from the start of your ceremony to the end of your reception with 11pm being the latest end time.
