Event Manager: Our dedicated Event Manager will assist with setup and ensure seamless event operations ($30/hour).
Server/Bartender Staff: Professional servers and bartenders are available to take orders, provide buffet or table-side service for catered meals, or manage bar packages ($25/hour per staff member, with a recommended ratio of 1 staff member per 50 guests).
Cleaning & Maintenance: We provide comprehensive pre- and post-event cleaning services.

Catering and Beverage Services:
Preferred Caterers: Event catering must be provided by one of our preferred caterers. A list of approved caterers is available upon request.
Beverage Packages: The purchase of a beverage package is required for all events. Please see our beverage package options for details and pricing.
Venue Rental Rates:
Standard Rates: Our standard rental rates apply to events held on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Weekday Rates (Monday - Thursday): Weekday rates are available and are typically lower. Please note: Monday-Thursday rates do not include access to the Bridal Suite, Lounge, or Security services.
Large Events (Monday - Thursday): For Monday-Thursday events with 200 or more guests, a security fee will apply. This fee is $50 per security officer, per hour, with a minimum requirement of one additional officer.

Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit is required for all rentals and is equal to up to 15% of the total venue rental fee(s). This deposit will be returned after your event, provided no damage is incurred to the venue.
Non-Profit Organizations:
Non-profit organizations with valid 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status may be eligible for a 10% discount on the venue rental fee. Proof of 501(c)(3) status is required.
Payment Schedule:
To secure your event date, the following payment schedule applies:
Contract Signing: 25% of the total rental fee and the full damage deposit are due upon signing the contract.
180 Days Prior to Event: 50% of the remaining rental fee is due.
90 Days Prior to Event: The remaining balance of the rental fee is due.
30 Days Prior to Event: The full balance of beverage and labor fees is due.
14 Days Prior to Event: The balance of any additional rentals or services is due.

Daniel's Vineyard offers several unique spaces ideal for smaller gatherings. Options include an upper balcony with vineyard views, a shaded terrace, and a comfortable lounge. These spaces accommodate up to 25 guests (lounge) or more (balcony/terrace) and are available for 3-hour rentals. Each space offers unique amenities, from soft seating and fire pits to picnic tables and string lights. Rental fees vary by space and guest count, with a beverage minimum. Catering is required through preferred vendors or Daniel's Vineyard, with a buy-out option available. Reservations for these spaces are typically accepted within one month of the event date. Non-profit discounts are available.
